Je vous propose un charmant studio climatisé, à 5 min à pieds des plages roches noirs et brisants ,de tout commerces,bars du centre de saint Gilles. Le bien rénové entièrement, se compose d’une cuisine ouverte avec îlot,d’un grand espace salon avec écran plat celui ci délimité d’un espace lit (140*190).Le linge de lit est fourni. Il y a une grande salle de bain, avec douche à l’italienne. Un agréable balcon permet de vous restaurer a l’air libre . Un parking complète ce bien. À bientot !!

Spacious Studio Suite in Private Home

Our studio suite (the entire lower floor of our home) is only a one-minute walk to beautiful Paje Beach! It consists of a very spacious air-conditioned room with comfortable beds for up to 4 people, a dining area/workspace, and a large private bathroom with hot water. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette space with a gas ring, microwave, fridge - everything needed to prepare a simple meal. The private patio has a table and chairs overlooking our pool and large enclosed tropical garden.

Le studio de 24m2 + son patio de 16m2 est niché sur les hauteurs de Saint-Denis à 200 m d'altitude, dans un environnement calme et paisible. Le studio est mitoyen à la résidence principale et à une autre dépendance louée en airbnb. La piscine et les transats sont partagés avec les autres locataires et nous même. Vous serez à mi chemin entre l'aéroport et le centre ville de Saint-Denis (6 km/15minutes).
