In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Bdrm 1 has a queen bed. Bdrm 2 has 2 queen beds. Bdrm 3 has 1 king bed and a trundle bed. Bedroom 4 has a full bed along with a twin bed and a bunk bed. Breakfast nook has a futon. Living rm has 3 large leather couches. House sleeps 18 people. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50/pet per stay. 5 minutes from skiing.

Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter .
