The condo is a short drive from nearly everything in Raleigh. In good traffic, RDU airport is 15 minutes (11 miles) away and the Capital Building is 5 minutes (2 miles) away.

We are tucked in a quaint, historic condo community conveniently located near Duke University and Medical Center and all that dynamic downtown Durham has to offer.
