Quiet yet central enough to be in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and several beaches in 10-15min by car. We’ve done several renovations over the last years and love spending as much time in our cottage and the peaceful backyard as possible. New kitchen and appliances. Minisplits for aircon in living room and two upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a window unit. Small washer/dryer unit in downstairs bathroom. Spacious deck, outdoor shower, little garden area and fire side.

Our cozy getaway is ideally located in Falmouth Heights, a short walk away from the beach (5 min) and marina (2 min) with a ferry to Martha's Vineyard. You can be in downtown Falmouth in 2 minutes by car! The home is perfect for families! There is a fully fenced yard with a grill and table, a finished basement for kids, and plenty of bedrooms for family and friends. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, bright spaces, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. It's coastal New England at its best!

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Come enjoy this beautifully designed, brand new home. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms you will have all the space you need. An outdoor patio with gas grill is the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Just a few steps away is the lagoon where you can paddle board, kayak, dig clams, or just take in the amazing sunsets! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
