Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Welcome to The Rudder Cottage! Fully renovated 1930's cottage on an ocean front compound, with a picturesque porch overlooking the outer harbor, full basement with washer/dryer and central air. An additional detached studio provides a third bedroom/work space. Stunning views of the Edgartown lighthouse and Cape Poge. Access to private beach. Access town with just a 10 minute walk (or 1 minute drive) to the Chappaquiddick Ferry, and be in downtown Edgartown in 15 minutes or less!

Evelyn's Menemsha Camp - Best Vineyard View

Evelyn's House on the hill overlooking Menemsha Beach is the classic Marthas Vineyard Beach Cottage. Evelyn Flanders built her " Camp"in 1909 where the views of Menemsha Harbor and famous sunsets would be about as good as it gets. It's the same today. With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft it's perfect beach base camp.. Take the path to Menemsha beach or your passes to Lucy Vincent. You are most welcome to bring one pet.

The Blue Lagoon, Oak Bluffs

Come enjoy this beautifully designed, brand new home. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms you will have all the space you need. An outdoor patio with gas grill is the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Just a few steps away is the lagoon where you can paddle board, kayak, dig clams, or just take in the amazing sunsets! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
