House, in which the 18-square-meter studio is located, is situated only 15 meters away from the sea, offering free parking space on the street in front of the house. The air-conditioned studio features a flat-screen cable TV, Wi-Fi, a small equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a separate bathroom with a shower. The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up".
