It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. For the adventurous there is of course the world class mountain bike trails of Blue Derby on your doorstep, or you might prefer to simply decompress and enjoy fishing, stargazing and experiencing the unique wood fired floating sauna on the lake.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.
