Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Visitors are welcome to help themselves to fresh eggs every day as well as let their dog(s) play in the large 2-acre field! The nearest pub is the Rose & Crown, just a 10 min walk away & serves wonderful real ales and has a roaring fire! There's a selection of basket meals at weekends. A cosy home with underfloor heating, woodburner, fully equipped kitchenette, king sized bed & private parking. 5/10 mins walk to the steam train station, pub, canal & river. 1 mile from the centre of Llangollen which has many more pubs, restaurants & activities. Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.

One of three beautiful craftsman built shepherds huts, Hicks Hut is situated in its own peaceful wildflower meadow The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream alongside creates a relaxing stay.
