Front porch, back deck, balcony, living area, reading room. Convenient to the highway, Piedmont University, downtown Demorest and Habersham Airport (KAJR). The interior has been fully remodeled. The outside retains the 1897 charm and space.

Our once storefronts have been converted into lodging that perfectly complements the historic charm of the downtown square.

Excellent location for visiting Piedmont University. See the Soccer/Lacrosse field from the front yard and walk to campus. Great for attending games/visiting your student. A central location to visit Tallulah Gorge, Lake Burton, Helen, Cleveland, Wineries, Waterfall hikes, and the AT. It's located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and has a large level private backyard, which is great for grilling, dining outside, relaxing/chilling by the fire pit.

*This apartment has the same square footage as our home upstairs. We have had as many as 16 people stay there overnight. * We are 3 hour drive from Gatlinberg, less than 15 miles from Toccoa Falls, Piedmont, North GA tech, and Truitt McCollege Colleges. * We are 40 miles from the Appalachian trail, and 20 miles from Helen, GA. Very quiet and restful. 100 miles from ATL and/or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports.
