We are nestled in one of Atlanta's best intown neighborhoods. Our space is designed with luxury hospitality in mind: great Wifi, a full kitchen stocked with local coffee from Portrait, a Saatva king bed with high quality linens, and a pool. At the end of our quiet street is the Beltline, an 8 mile walking and biking trail connecting a number of ATL hot spots. Less than 15 minutes gets you to downtown attractions and the airport is just 15-20 minutes south of us. You're never far from fun here!

NO CLEANING FEE - Although we don't charge a cleaning fee, our cleaners work very hard to provide a clean place for our guests. THIS IS NOT AN ENTIRE HOUSE. This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. The guest suite is private to you with your own private entrance. Access does not include the rest of the house. FREE PARKING on your own reserved spot! NO PARTY policy enforced! (read below)

Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

This beautiful duplex, a 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, has a huge front porch to "sit a spell" with a cold glass of lemonade. You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming! Check-in is easy and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.

An original 1920s Craftsman duplex (sleeps 4) in an intown urban environment which features an office, living room, bedroom, and added Murphy bed in Kirkwood, Atlanta’s hippest intown neighborhood. We use this second home of ours on a seasonal basis. Dogs (pre-approved) are allowed ($15/night per animal) to be billed separately. Fee discounted on long term stays. Less than a mile from Decatur square, this separate 1-BR apartment sits above the 2-car garage on a huge private lot. At 650+ sq ft it features a separate bedroom, a sitting room (with fold-out sofa), 1 full bath and a large kitchen with dining area. Most importantly, it is a completely separate structure, has its own outdoor deck (with sitting area for four and gas grill), and is extremely private and quiet.
