The kitchen is fully equipped with service for 10 and includes toaster, microwave, standard coffee maker, silverware, plates, and glassware. Country setting located 2 miles from Lake Cumberland with 3 boat ramps within an 8 mile drive. Fryman landing closest ramp to 76 Falls 2 miles,Marina @ Rowena 5.8 miles,Carter Dock Road 7.8 miles. Within 20 minute drive Grider Hill Marina and 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake. Fire pit and outdoor gas grill supplied. We are on central time zone check in time is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM We are pet friendly however there is a fee of $50 with a 2 pet limit.

Completely renovated, secluded home in the quiet hills of Dale Hollow. Perfect getaway for fishing, horseback riding, other water activities, or just to get away for some peace and quiet. Nearest marina is Holly Creek, just minutes away with multiple other options in the area. Close to horse trails and downtown Celina is a 10-15 minute drive with grocery stores, antique shops, and local restaurants.

This 1950s remodeled home is perfect for a weekend get away! Cookeville has lots to offer and this home is right in the middle of town. Less than a mile from Tennessee Tech University, 10min from CrossFit Mayhem and only 20 min from beautiful parks, state and waterfalls. It’s cozy for a couple but yet great for a family with an upstairs with 2 twin beds to accommodate kids and larger groups!

It comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and is centrally located in Cookeville’s Historic Westside District. It’s within walking distance of TTU, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Dogwood Park, the train depot as well as many local dining and shopping hot spots.
