Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

This cozy 640 sq. ft red log cabin is tucked up in the woods. The bedroom has queen bed. A 200 sq. ft loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen & BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower). 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Romantic gas fireplace. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

Nearby Republic hosts restaurants, shopping, grocery options, microbrewery/saloons and Stonerose Fossil site. Nov-March AWD needed to access.

This is a brand new one bedroom apartment. You will feel renewed and rested in this quiet neighborhood "coach house". Come and go as you please with a completely private entrance. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
