Set in a quiet private road, only a few minutes walk from the beautiful sands and surf of Croyde beach and a short walk from the pubs, restaurants & shops of this picturesque Devon village. The House is upside down living with a large vaulted open plan living space upstairs, leading to a large balcony. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms; one en-suite, plus a bathroom and garden. The 3rd bedroom has bunks.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.
