Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
