A beach sand rendered concrete cube with queen bed, ensuite tiled bath connected to a semi external kitchenette and deck; private and cute. Only Suitable for under 40 year olds due to steep stairs and rustic /unique features (and nature lovers as we back onto the national park and share our land with many creatures). A quiet space. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment.

Dolphin Tracks overlooks adjoining reserve and is just 130 m to estuary with beautiful Valla Beach just beyond via bush tracks through nature reserve. Surfing fishing snorkelling and Whale/Dolphin watching (seasonal) a short walk away. Dolphin Tracks Beach Apartment is perfect for 2 but can accommodate 3 with sofa bed in lounge. Easy walk to 2 cafes plus Valla Tavern and pharmacy. Nambucca is a 10 minute drive for shopping, cinema, restaurants and Golf. Coffs airport 30 mins away.

Enjoy our modern beach cottage with north facing panoramic views over the ocean, golf course and famous point break surf. Relax in the open plan living area and deck while enjoying the views or take a short stroll to the beach, cafes, hotels and restaurants on offer. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each and a 3/4 sofabed in the lounge room which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. My place is suitable for couples and families only Free Wifi and smart TV
