The main house has 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. The 4th bedroom in the separate guest house is included for groups of 10 guests; for smaller groups, it can be available for an extra fee. Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

Hello and welcome to my beautiful Seashell Cottage! I have completely renovated and remodeled this townhome for you! It has a new kitchen and bathroom, new vinyl plank flooring upstairs, new furniture and bedding throughout, and is freshly painted. The houses are arranged around a common, large, heated, salt water swimming pool & spa in the shape of a Mickey Mouse.
