Simple, thoughtful and very much loved, full of light, laughter and our love of the sea. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Beachfront Studio on Great Oyster Bay

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach. Jo

Perfect beach house, perfect location

Is it time to relax and enjoy one of Tasmania’s best beach locations in the perfect beach house? Freer’s Beach House has everything you could need for a holiday with family and friends or a peaceful getaway. Freers’s Beach is only a 20 minute drive from Devonport and a 60 minute drive from Launceston. Located at the end of a quiet esplanade with no through traffic your beach house is surrounded by bushland, protected by the dunes and only 20 metres to the beach.

Beachfront Tasmania | Greens Beach

Direct access to Greens Beach via the back deck. You can amble to the water's edge or head along the walking track into Narawntapu National Park for a longer walk. Relax and enjoy the view from the huge deck or inside from the floor to ceiling windows. A perfect family or large group stay with room for groups of 10. Recent renovations headed up by Tasmanian interior designer Design Frank, means styling with unique character and a Tasmanian flare.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"

Designer beach house

A modern home, surrounded by native bushland and wildlife, only a few steps down your own private track to nine miles of beach. The sun rises over mountains and the turquoise waters of the bay: all viewable from the bedrooms, decks and lounge. Stunning Beachside Home in Low Head

Sandpiper is a stunning beach house only four mins from the beach. Enjoy the open fire, chill out in our spacious lounge or explore the local beaches and Tamar Valley Wineries. There are 3 bedrooms to choose from a king, queen or twin rooms. Two and a half bathrooms and a modern kitchen/dining room is perfect for families who want to self cater. The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy.
