This bright & spacious suite is the lower portion of a two story house situated on the grounds of Shawnigan Resort.Amenities include indoor pool, sandy beach, protected swim area,water slide, wharf for fishing,paddle boarding,kayaking(no boat moorage)tennis,pickle ball,basketball,pitch&putt .This is not a waterfront condo however located directly across from the pool and a short(approx.2 min walk)to beach.Walking distance to Shawnigan Lake school, short drive to Kinsol Trestle & 15 min to Ocean.

Nestled in Genoa Bay is the relaxing Peace Garden Oceanfront Guest Retreat. The jewel in the crown of this luxurious master suite is its awe inspiring view across the bay. Watch birds and marine wildlife during your morning coffee on your private outdoor deck. Relax pierside or beachcomb for treasures on the small private rock beach. After a day of adventure, bask in your soaker tub,then watch the moon rise over the sea before enjoying a quiet peaceful night's sleep in your plush king bed.

Harbour House

Fun and funky artists cottage with oceanfront, and panoramic views of Ladysmith Harbour and Woodley Range Ecological Reserve. Watch otters, seals and blue Herons as you sip your morning coffee on the covered deck. Use the 2 sit on top Kayaks and paddle board, included with your stay, to explore the harbour and the small islands across from the house. We live here and our home is compliant with the laws and bylaws for our area. There is a full kitchen and open, spacious dining and living areas.
