Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. River House 1 is one of our most popular properties for couples or small families. Guests can stroll down the private walking track to Erskine River and follow along to the supermarket which is just 400m away, or less than 1km to the centre of town and the beach. Turn left along the walking track and your only minutes away from the Erskine rapids. For the adventurous bush walkers, you can walk all the way to Erskine Falls, about 7km’s away.
