Renovated studio in barn built circa 1830, centrally located to all activities in the Berkshires. Bright and sunny space with views of fields and spectacular sunsets. The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. Renovated cottage just 500 ft from Copake Lake. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is also close to hiking trails, waterfalls, apple picking, & a winery in the fall, and in winter, there’s skiing at Catamount (it’s just six miles away!) and a distillery nearby. A house for all seasons! Please note the house is 5 houses back and across a quiet road from the lake, and the dock is in the lake from the beginning of May to mid-September. But there is plenty to do up here during the rest of the year!

We are just a 10 minute drive from Hudson's bustling Warren Street in the historic hamlet of Claverack. We live on the property, but our guesthouse is separate and private. It's all surrounded by our 2 1/2 acre garden, which is our passion as well as our profession. We've recently adapted a 2 year old standard poodle named Nora. She is a very shy little girl, and will win your heart. We are sorry, but we do not accept pets or children under 12.
