Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Bear Cabin offers peace, privacy, beautiful views, hiking trails, fire pit, outdoor dining, fast internet, and occasional visits from a sweet little buck named Apples. Old-fashioned camping -- but comfortable! Close (5 mi) to Bandon/beach/golf, but far enough inland to escape coastal fog.

Downtown Warm House Apartment

Apartment is situated close to downtown Coos Bay, within easy access to recreation areas in the surrounding county, 1 mile to Bay Area Hospital. One bedroom with CalKing bed, 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. Additional sleeping space - hide-a-bed couch in the living area. Pet friendly. The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

The studio is located in a residential area close to Cape Arago Highway and stores. Heartland Treehouse is perched between two massive fir trees overlooking a steep river canyon. Sounds of a nearby waterfall will soothe you to bed at night and gently wake you in the morning. My home is a short walk or drive away and I will be happy to help guide your adventure on Oregon's South Coast. Your treehouse home is secluded, comfortable, and perfect for getting blissed out and recharged.
