On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Our property boasts unparalleled views of Greenwood Lake and the mountains beyond. In winter, after skiing at nearby slopes, unwind in the claw foot tub or retreat to the cozy living room, with exposed wooden ceilings, fireplace, smart TV, record player and board games.
