Quonset Hut Cottage

Listed as one of Michigan's Dream Homes 2023. Located on the beautiful all-sports Swains Lake. Includes 2 kayaks, paddle boat (April-Oct), your own dock and beach area. Public boat launch a mile down the road. Inside you will find a clean, spacious, cabin with all the amenities needed for a romantic get away or a family fun trip! Only an hour away from Ann Arbor/ Kalamazoo or 30 minutes from Marshall. Falling Waters Trail, a 10 mile paved trail connecting Concord to Jackson, is 5 miles away.

Benham Schoolhouse

Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

Welcome to Rosie's Loft, a two-bedroom second floor apartment in downtown Historic Marshall. Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

Bear Lake Cottage ... Pontoon Available for Rent

Quaint and cozy cottage on all-sports Bear Lake in Hillsdale, MI, offering a year-round peaceful and serene getaway. Bring your boats, campers and tents; there’s plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for campfire bonding, and in fall and winter months, enjoy the fire overlooking the lake. Cottage is on a channel to Pike Lake - a calm, private lake. Take the kayaks and SUPs exploring, or enjoy ice skating or fishing when the lake’s frozen.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

The Garden House

Relax with the whole family in this charming old home, with swings on the front porch and an overgrown English cottage garden in back. Less than ten minutes from Hillsdale College with a fully equipped kitchen, this makes a great home base for college families. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
