Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

Espacio exterior tranquilo y relajante gracias a su piscina y terrazas con agradables vistas donde podrán disfrutar de una deliciosa barbacoa. Acceso hasta la vivienda en coche y parking propio. La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
