With its own private entrance (accessed through the owner's back garden), the property comprises a double bedroom, bonus mezzanine area, bunk room, kitchen/diner & shower room. Recently refurbished. Ideal location for all that Devon has to offer.

Springsland Ridge -shepherds hut incredible view

You won’t forget our beautiful & thoughtfully made shepherds hut, set in the most amazing rural location with panoramic views of Devon hills. Includes : Gas powered shower, and hob, solar 12v electric(usb only) & flushing toilet . Not too far from Dartmoor National Park, and our incredible coastlines. The hut is also set right in the middle of some amazing country walks. Our hut has a minimal but comfy design. Dog friendly on enquiry, depending on suitability, but will incur further cost .

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
