At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. The cabin is luxurious with all the modern amenities, hot tub professionally maintained, fast wifi and Roku TV. This is the perfect place to sneak away with a loved one for a long weekend on the river. By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Updated historical farmhouse. Clean, cozy and comfortable interior. Large fenced yard. Paved driveway, house paths and parking. Cottage is on a picturesque farm with cattle pastures, hills, a river, pine trees, blueberry bushes and a (non-operating) chicken house. Farm is located outside a small, safe town of Gentry, is 10 miles to Siloam Springs, 11 miles to XNA airport, 20 miles to Bentonville. Fun little cabin that feels like a treehouse on the Illinois River with gated community beach access. Step onto the back deck, enjoy a cup of coffee, and watch the wildlife including birds, squirrels, and deer. Or listen to the river. Grill up some steaks and sit at the picnic table. Afterwards, go underneath the cabin for a nap in one of the four hammocks. Take a short walk down to the private beach to kayak or swim in front of the bluffs. Perfect place for adventure or relaxation.

Very friendly neighborhood with amazing neighbors all around. Washer and dryer with cleaning detergent to use. King and queen size beds with bathrooms connected to rooms. Backyard that overlooks a beautiful pond. A single car garage with a driveway that can fit two additional cars. TV with streams connected to watch and catch up on some shows.

Twin Springs Ranch Guest House

Twin Springs Ranch is located in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. It is named for the two springs coming out of the cave from under the main house. Our guest house has a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains and the cattle and horses in the pasture. If you like to hike there are trails available, just remember to shut the gate behind you. We are located 11 miles west of Siloam Springs and 12 from the first float (canoe/kayak) resort on the Illinois river.

Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
