Hello! The space is a private apartment including living, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom spaces. There is a private entrance and free parking on the property. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping capacity. The couch comfortably fits one but could squeeze two if needed. We are 30 minutes from both Lake Placid and Plattsburgh. 15 minutes from Whiteface Mountain. AuSable is a quiet town with a bar, pizza shop, grocery store, and gas station a short walk away. Large, private screened porch; Tempurpedic queen bed; full kitchen, big LR & cozy recliners. We now have covered parking for one car! We are only 20 minutes from Whiteface ski area and nearby hiking and mountain biking trails as well as lakes and rivers for swimming and paddling. There are trails on the property for walking and snowshoeing.
