"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Loft Apartment on Hobby Farm

Enjoy all that Palisade/Clifton has to offer on this cute hobby farm. Upstairs apartment over a detached shop. A private separate entrance with plenty of parking. 7 miles to Grand Junction, and 2 miles to Palisade. Close to bike path. Upstairs apartment has two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 1 bathroom, full Kitchen, Living room with a pull out queen sofa, pack & play portable crib, & Laundry room w/ washer and dryer. This is an open concept apartment with Barn style doors for the bedrooms.

This three-bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful outdoor attractions the Grand Junction area has to offer. You’re just a four-minute bike ride from the scenic 25-mile Fruit & Wine Byway, Clifton Nature Park and Colorado River. There are more than a dozen wineries and orchards within a picturesque 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride. The garage offers space to safely store bicycles or kayaks. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Note: We don't rent to locals.

In the winter, hit Powderhorn ski resort, or the endless miles of snowshoe and snowmobile trails of the Grand Mesa.

We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. This small studio type home is perfect for a couple or a single person looking for a cozy clean place to stay! Pets are allowed for a fee of $75, but there is no smoking on the premises! This home offers WiFi, television, a bbq grill with some outdoor seating, a fenced in back yard with a picnic table and laundry available on site at no additional cost.
