Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. This may be exactly the stress relief you need. Walk the hills and roads of Eden Isle or dimply relax on the deck. This architecturally designed house sits on top of Eden Isle on a lush private lot where you can watch the birds, fox, and deer while sipping your morning Joe or evening cocktail. Early morning walks rate a 10! The property side yard is suitable for bocci ball and volley ball (fun!). There are three bedrooms, including one king room with an en suite bath.
