Large fenced back yard for family and dog. Located just off I-70 so you will hear road traffic, but evenings are rather quiet for sleeping

Rocky Mountain Lake Home Close to Denver

Guest unit in a log home on Georgetown Lake. Ski at several near by resorts in the winter (Loveland 15 min). Hiking and biking trails await out the front door as well as fishing, rafting, ziplining. Red Rocks Amphitheater is 35 min away. Several hot springs areas are within scenic drives. The lakefront unit has a separate entrance from the owner-occupied floor and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, parking for two cars, porch and grill.

Living room, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The second floor has a large bedroom, full, queen and cabinet beds, a TV, fireplace and a double bathroom. Sleeping for up to 7. During the summer months, the owner may be staying in a separate adjacent apartment, renovating the garage interior.
