Additionally, we are a short distance to the Children's Hospital and the General Hospital. Making 'CarnegieHome' a perfect accommodation for visiting medical professionals or families. We have free street parking available directly in front of the house with no restrictions.

Newly renovated basement suite (2024) with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!
