This two story 5 bedroom house can comfortably accommodate 16 people (from $25/person/night). It also has 4 bathrooms, (3 Ensuite's). Cheap off peak rates. Rates from as low as $130 per night off peak for exclusive use. Bring your whole family or come with some friends to get even better value from as low as $30 per person per night twin share (Minimum of 10 people).

Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket & cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river & our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework & Christmas celebration with friends and family. We have 2 bathrooms just friendly reminder that 1 is shower room and 1 has a bath tub.Wild Mersey Mountain bike track is nearby.
