Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Spacious and peaceful guest house

Recently refurbished guesthouse. Positioned at the back of the quiet garden with access to sunny shared outdoor dining area. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Fantastic location for walking and mountain biking tracks. Its only a 5 minute walk to supermarket and shops, and only a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bus ride from the city center. Keep warm in winter with both a heat pump and electric blankets for your comfort. Free car parking in the street in front of the house.

The Cottage Hideaway Relaxing spa & native bush

Relax & unwind in our beautiful guest cottage & spa! Set amongst a native forest behind our house for privacy, you might even forget that you're in the middle of Christchurch! The cottage is a cosy retreat with a stocked kitchenette, and even a BBQ and outdoor eating area to enjoy. Local eateries and restaurants, swimming pools and shopping malls are just a walking distance away, & we're only a 10-minute drive to the airport, zoos, botanic gardens, reserves, & the city center.

City Paradise CabbageTree Retreat & excl tours

This is a 1/4 acre section open-plan quiet and relaxing place close to the central city. Bedroom, living room and kitchen space all occupy an open plan. Comfy sofa bed available on request. You have access to a shared garden, bush, flowers, ferns and spa/hot tub. SPA complimentary for you. Walnut Tree Meditation Hut near completion. BBQ table umbrellas available. Harbour Escape - tiny home in Lyttelton

Our Lyttel Whare (house) is a brand new, architecturally designed tiny home, thoughtfully located and decorated to maximise stunning harbour and hill views and to reflect our funky Lyttelton vibe. With access to a range of local walks, markets, eateries and activities, a break away will leave you feeling enriched and indulged with great memories to take with you. We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Petite Perfection in Prebbleton

A completely renovated guest cottage for you to relax in, whilst exploring all that Canterbury has to offer. Set on a developed 10-acre block, you'll be able to enjoy the quiet of the countryside. Only 20 minutes from the airport and you’ll find yourself in a little bit of rural paradise. Our private, fully self contained cottage offers all the comforts of home for a couple or a solo traveller. Offstreet parking is available.

Greystones

The Gatehouse at Greystones is set amongst 6 arces of tranquil lawn and beautiful rustic gardens, close to the City and only 11minutes (12kms) from Christchurch International Airport. Located right on the doorstep of State Highway 1 North and South - State Highway 73 West - making it the perfect stop on your way to all the Canterbury Ski Fields and the West Coast. Breakfast and Cleaning included in rate.

Our back section is a labor of love, it is an ongoing project I have designed and built myself. Privacy, relaxation and fun for the family was incorporated into our design and we are really looking forward to being able to share this with guests.
