Διαθέτει μια πλήρη κουζίνα με φούρνο, εστίες, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων καθώς και πλυντήριο πιάτων της εταιρίας Miele. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν Cosmote TV, Netflix και Disney Channel.

Our bright, colorful, and cozy home is located in the small, traditional, and famous village of Mycenae, right in the heart of the Peloponnese, just a short drive from the picturesque town of Nafplio. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Little cottage up the hills

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, where the sounds of nature and fresh air are predominate. Our little cottage is located on a hill, covered in trees. From our large patio, you can enjoy the wonderful views of the mountains and clear skies. The cottage inside is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Please note, certain parts outside the cottage, such as the access road, need renovation. Car is essential as nearest shops Argos 15 km away!

Sweet Home of Nafplio

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 15-20 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου, δίπλα στο δρόμο που οδηγεί στο Παλαμήδι και την παραλία της Καραθώνας. Από το σταθμό των υπεραστικών λεωφορείων απέχει 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι είναι ζεστό και φιλόξενο. Πρόκειται για ισόγεια, αναπαλαιωμένη μονοκατοικία με σοφίτα. Είναι κατάλληλη για ζευγάρια, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες και οικογένειες (με παιδιά). Στη γειτονιά βρίσκει κανείς εύκολα δωρεάν parking, minimarket και φούρνο.

Πάνω απ' όλα το Elaia Rest House απευθύνεται σε όσους μπορούν να εκτιμήσουν την αξία της ηρεμίας μακριά από τα πολύβουα αστικά κέντρα, τη χαλάρωση που προσφέρουν οι μοναδικοί ήχοι της φύσης σε συνδυασμό με την απερίγραπτη, ακατέργαστη ομορφιά του τοπίου. Η ηρεμία, οι εικόνες, οι ήχοι της φύσης, η εύκολη και άμεση πρόσβαση στο βουνό εξασφαλίζει μια άλλη εμπειρία διαμονής. Αλλωστε, αυτή δεν είναι και η πραγματική ουσία των διακοπών???

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located on the outskirts of Nafplio. It is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of olive and orange trees and various plants, parking space for the guests, beautiful view from the 30 m2 veranda and from every window at the house.
