Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche befindet sich direkt neben dem Eingang. Im Wohnbereich steht ein Sofa, dass bei Bedarf als Schlafgelegenheit genutzt wird. Über die Treppe gelangt man auf den Schlafboden.
