Η βίλα έχει ένα μπάνιο, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι- τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα, εξοπλισμένη με τα απαραίτητα για παρασκευή γευμάτων. Το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και το δεύτερο έχει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα μικρό πατάρι, που βασικά αποτελεί χώρο όπου μπορούν να κοιμηθούν δύο ακόμα άτομα.
