Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Hereinspaziert in unsere grüne Oase oberhalb von Vahrn. Hier befinden Sie sich inmitten von Weinreben und Wäldern. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Das Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Die 60 m² große Wohnung liegt fußläufig 2 min vom Stadtzentrum des Künstlerstädtchens Klausen entfernt sowie direkt am Radweg. Mit den sehr nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können Sie schnell beliebte Städte wie Bozen oder Brixen erreichen, einen Ausflug auf eine der nahegelegenen Almen wie die Villanderer oder Seiser Alm sowie auch nach Gröden oder Villnöss machen. Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad auf dem Gründstück.
