Enjoy the views sitting on the huge deck, or by either of the 2 fire pits. 3 kayaks & 2 canoes here for miles of exploring, including gorgeous Pleasant Pond. Wildlife galore, including bald eagles & loons!

Enjoy Three Mile Pond from a private cottage with amazing views, Quiet and private to enjoy Maine the way it should be, deck, dock, kayaks are available, grill, fire pit and wood for the fire. Sleeps 6, 2 Queen size beds in loft and a queen size sleeper sofa on the main floor. Second floor deck with seating Wake up in the morning and walk directly outside to enjoy coffee and breakfast while enjoying the loons. Linens, towels, pillows and blankets supplied, groceries, laundry, restaurants nearby.

Our newly built, modern cabin offers a secluded and relaxing retreat in Union, Maine. With the high ceilings, open floor plan, and many windows, guests are surrounded by natural light and forest views. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and an outdoor grill and fire pit. Walking trails connect the cabin to our farm next door, where you can visit with our horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, and ducks. We are just 25 minutes from the Midcoast's shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

Rustic Family Cabin on China Lake

This rustic cabin has been in my family for 4 generations. It's well loved, a bit quirky, sometimes musty and perfect for a family get away. We welcome well trained dogs, and have high expectations that you will respect the place and leave it in good shape for us and future guests. We welcome families, but after bad experiences, we are not available for your group of friends, reunion, or bachelor/(ette) party. We ask you to bring your own linens. The water in the cabin is not drinkable

The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. Halcyon Ridge is owned by Lynn & Chuck Hadyniak, who live nearby. Lynn & Chuck moved out of New Jersey years ago to get away from the hustle & bustle, & raise a family in peace. They love Freedom for its quiet & natural beauty, & would love to host people at Halcyon Ridge who also want to escape the noise. Stargazers will be delighted: low humidity, expansive view of the southeastern sky, & next to no light pollution, make for wonderful viewing. Rest. Relax. Recharge.

Little Apple Cabin is a private tiny cabin on five wooded acres, created for guests who want quiet, space, and deep rest. Surrounded by trees and farmland, it’s a simple, intentional place to slow down, sleep well, and enjoy Maine without crowds or noise. The cabin features a king bed on the main level, a cozy wood stove, and a wrap-around cedar deck for coffee, reading, and stargazing. Camden and Rockland are about 25 minutes away, and Belfast is about 30 minutes.
