Glacier View Cabin #1 provides a rustic getaway near the historic Pinochle Trail and the stunning Matanuska Glacier. You can hike, bike, or ride right from the cabin! Inside, 3 beds with foam mattresses, sleeping bags, pillows, heater, a Keurig coffee maker, and a hot water kettle. Amenities include room-darkening shades. While we supply four bottles of drinking water, we recommend bringing additional supplies. Our dry cabins feature convenient outhouses, a fire ring, and a picnic table outside.

Ron’s Knik Glacier Views is a brand-new private guest suite with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and River. Includes 120-acres of Alaskan wilderness with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sleeps 6. The accommodations include a walk out, wrap-around balcony. The 1250 sqft suite is the entire 2nd floor of my home. It is accessed by its own staircase and balcony. A 3-mile hiking trail takes you to 5500 ft. Our home has wifi, providing a variety of streaming options on the TV as well as a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, a hand mixer, toaster, coffee maker, even a salad spinner!

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
