It's near the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Roxburgh Trail. Five minutes to Alexandra or Clyde. One hour’s drive to Queenstown. Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! We may be able to help with transfers for Dunstan trail - please ask.

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Cosy 3 bedroom fully self contained Cottage, north facing in a garden setting, peaceful and private, close to Lake and Town Centre. Close to the many Winery's around the Cromwell area. Central drive to Queenstown and Wanaka area, Clyde and Alexandra. Golf course near by. Four Skifields nearby, Remarkables, Coronet Peak, Cardrona & Treble Cone less than 1 hour away. The newly opened Highlands Motorsports Park is 6 km away. The new cycle trail will be open at the end of 2020.

The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

Studio Apartment @ Cherry Tree Farm

Everyone is welcome to enjoy our Studio Apartment located on Cherry Tree Farm in Cromwell. Fantastic for a couple, the Studio offers a Queen size bed, full bathroom and a breakfast kitchen with dining table for two. Outside you will find a patio and undercover BBQ area. Guests can discover the joys of our urban farm and say hello to the chickens. Cherry Tree Farm is a five minute drive from Cromwell township and just 40 minutes to Queenstown or Wanaka.
