This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Smart TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a foldable dining table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. Andando todo el centro de Madrid. Apart. muy pequeño y acogedor. Está distribuido en 2 plantas con lo que hay escaleras muy pronunciadas, tener especial cuidado al subir y bajar. Los techos son bajos, 1,90cm. para personas altas no será muy comodo, supongo. En planta baja la cocina y el salón, planta alta el dormitorio, baño y escritorio, interior con 3 ventanas y la puerta (todas de cristal) TV gratis(Netflix...) y 2 ventiladores, es un bajo y es fresquito.
