Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Hauseingang & einem gemütlichen Sitzplatz südseitig mit Strandkorb. Der gemeinsame Grillplatz mit Holzcheminee darf mitbenutzt werden. Waschmaschine/Trockner befinden sich in der Wohunung. 2 Tickets für die Bergbahnen Klewenalp/Stockhütte sind inklusive. *Kajak stehen von Mai bis September zur Verfügung.

Sie befindet sich im 1.Stock , und hat einen schönen Rundumbalkon mit Tisch und Stühlen für einen schönen Tag in der Sonne. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt Dich vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Inzwischen haben wir auch eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge. In unserem Haus befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung….Captains Suite.
