Our fully renovated house is in a great location. A short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. There is excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Keep it simple in this cosy new cedar home. Big views of Mt Roy from the huge deck bordering a reserve. Make use of the modern hot tub and soak in the snow capped views. 4 bed (all doubles, 1 room is a garage conversion) 2 bath. Sleeps 8, however best suited to 6 people. 3min bike to Sticky Forest, lake swimming and only 40 mins to Cardrona/Treble Cone make this home an adventure seekers paradise. Northlake tennis courts, pump track and cafes are an easy 2 min walk.

Incredible lake and mountain views from both indoor and two outdoor living areas. Recently renovated the house is comprised of three double en-suite bedrooms, large open plan kitchen with all new appliances and a butlers pantry, a large living/dining area upstairs and a separate adult media room. Downstairs you’ll find a large bunk room with a separate bathroom and additional separate toilet along with a kid’s media room.

Property fully fenced. MINIMUM 5 DAYS OVER New Year and peak times. Cleaning fee of $150. Linen hire fee $20 per guest. This includes all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels etc. Pet fee $25 per pet per night.

Log burner and or heat pump to stay nice and cosy. Located a quick 5 minute drive to down town Wanaka.

750 m walk from lake and 10-15mins walk to town, very quiet, private, native garden, outdoor dining area. 2 toilets and really comfy place. Well equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating for winter throughout and good clothes drying for skiing. Linen is included. min 2 nights. There is fibre wifi and chromecast TV.
