Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. Tea kettle, coffee maker mini refrigerator are provided. We have a kitchenette set up available for our guests. Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Come relax and enjoy the whole house with this listing. We live in a beautiful quiet Amish community. Lots of space to enjoy on our 8 acres of property. Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. We are 11 miles from Brookfield, 22 miles from Cooperstown, 23 miles from Hamilton College, 22 miles from New Hartford/Utica area.
