The house is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, TV/WiFi and washer and dryer. We are located minutes from The Paragon Casino and downtown Marksville. Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. The home is set up specifically for Air B&B. It has all new bedding, mattresses, blinds, granite counters, paint, USB plug in lamps, and more. I have help locally. If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

This little house has lots of country charm with some glam in the mix. We’re centrally located in Columbia. We have a Barber shop in the parking lot. There’s restaurants right across the street. 10 minutes down the road is a golf course. 3 miles up the road is the river with scenic walking trails.
