Unsere Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum in einer ruhigen, bevorzugten Wohnlage (Oststadt). Der Hbf und die City sind ca. 1 Km entfernt und in 10 zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle "Dreifaltigkeitskirche"(Buslinien 1OO;2OO;121) ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Restaurants/Cafés um die Ecke. Du benutzt ein eigenes separates Duschbad. Das Zimmer liegt zum lauschigen und grünen Innenhof. Bei schönem Wetter lädt unser Südbalkon zum Verweilen ein. Unsere Unterkunft ist ideal für Allein- und Geschäftsreisende.

Enjoy a cosy room and, as some guests described it, a luxury bathroom that will be available to you exclusively during your stay. All rooms are freshly renovated in Nov. 2021. We can serve a nice vegetarian breakfast (6,5 € per person extra and paid at the end of your stay). Please check with us for availability during your stay. The gym room is also at your disposal. We have a lovely dog and a little cat, just for you to be aware in case you have problems with allergic reactions.
