We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. Very large one bedroom spotless home, on the harbor. Deck, sunporch, AC, fully equipped. Across the road from the grocery store. Would suite mature and senior travelers. Lovely pond and private/quiet location. October to March is discounted for off season PLUS I will reimburse the Airbnb fee (in cash upon arrival if you book for a month)!!! Perfect home for snowbirds that have decided to stay the winter or anyone looking to live in Port Stanley before deciding to relocate.
