Wapsipinicon river in the front yard for fishing ,5 min walk to a private sandbar for relaxing. 20 min drive to Marion and 10-15 minutes to small town restaurants and shopping. No WIFI, cable or internet, just a TV with local channels. No hunting or discharging of firearms allowed. No pets. No ATV’s or Golf carts allowed. Due to this property being on the Wapsipinicon River cancellation may happen if flooding occurs.
