Enjoy a stylish apartment within walking distance to downtown Rockford and the Rockford dam, only 5 minutes to the highway! The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. If you'd rather get out and explore, you are steps from charming downtown Rockford, full of shops, restaurants and activities. Bedroom has a king bed (full-size pullout couch in living room). Kitchen is equipped for cooking any meal. Front porch and a bistro table behind the parking area offer outdoor space.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.

A cozy and comfortable cottage nestled on the banks of Big Whitefish lake, that is large enough to host the entire family, *yet cozy enough for an intimate getaway.   Located a short 20 minutes north of Grand Rapids, this cottage is the perfect spot for a summer retreat, or a winter staycation. It comes complete with private lake frontage, dock, and an extensive shallow sandy bottom. Big Whitefish lake is an all seasons, all sports lake that is perfect for any occasion.

Bring your own boat and tie off on our dock or rent a Pontoon boat from a rental company next door.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.
