Just sweet, sweet privacy. Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. Enjoy as much tea and coffee as you need to stay comfortably caffeinated. If you're lacking something important like a specialty kitchen gadget, personal item or office supply, let me know I'm happy to help! The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Go for a hike in the surrounding nature, check out some of the breathtaking galleries, and catch a live sporting event or show in the evening. Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

Cedar Mill Getaway

The property is located in the NW hills of Portland, AKA Cedar Mill. 6 miles west of downtown portland, 3 miles from Nike campus and just a couple exits from the Oregon Zoo. The home is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, large driveway with plenty of parking; even for RV’s if necessary. Your hosts may be present in common areas such as the yard and the garage. As well as the basement, which is separate and not included in the listing but otherwise the property is all yours!
